Joyce Chu, more popularly known as 四葉草 (four-leaf clover), resides in Johor Bahru (also known as JB) in southern corridor of Malaysia. This young and bubbly 17-year-old girl sings and plays the guitar. The Malaysia Chabor song was written by Malaysian songwriter Namewee for Joyce, filling in the lyrics with real-life experiences as told by the girl herself.
With the popularity of K-pop(korean pop), this girl do give a very local flavour for the song. With her k-pop superstar looks and her great vocal, i believe Joyce Chu will have a bright future ahead of her. From her youtube video, which has garnered more than 2.35 million views in a short period of time, you should be seeing more of her in the future.
